SC FENCE (Guangzhou Shengcheng) was founded in 2009 and is headquartered in Guangzhou, China. It is a comprehensive manufacturing enterprise that integrates the research and development, production, and sales of fence products. As a professional manufacturer of metal fence, we have two major production bases in China, with a total workshop area of approximately 90000 square meters. The factory is equipped with more than 170 sets of modern production equipment such as fully automatic stamping equipment, CNC welding machines, high-power laser machines, welding robots, and electrostatic coating assembly lines, with strong large-scale manufacturing capabilities.
Shengcheng Company was founded in Guangzhou in September 2008.
2010
In 2010, the company obtained certifications for ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System
2012
In 2012, the factory introduced assembly line production, with fixed workstations and division of labor among workers, resulting in a significant increase in production efficiency.
2014
In 2014, the company expanded its production scale and established two major production bases in China, with an industrial plant area of approximately 90000 square meters.
2015
In 2015, the company introduced ERP, MES and other systems to integrate production, supply chain, and sales data, achieving digital management.
2017
In 2017, the company clarified a new value focus: efficiency → cost → quality → personalization → green, shifting from "production based sales" to "customer-centric".
2018
In 2018, the company introduced CNC machine tools, welding robotic arms, and flexible manufacturing systems (FMS), which can quickly switch between multiple varieties and achieve personalized mass production, meeting various customized needs of customers.
2020
By 2020, factories will achieve green transformation: low-carbon processes, circular manufacturing, intelligent energy management, and move towards green and sustainable development.
2023
In 2023, the factory will increase investment to build industrial robots and digital workshops, actively embrace AI in various work processes, and strive to move towards a higher level of intelligent manufacturing.
